A Cup of Fitness ("ACF," "we," "us") offers online fitness and nutrition coaching led by Coach Eva Robles, an ACE-certified personal trainer. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, application, calls, messages, and coaching, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us:
Information collected automatically: when you visit our pages, we and our partners collect device and usage information, such as your browser type, the pages you view, and the links you click. We use cookies, pixels (including the Meta Pixel), and similar tools to do this.
Information from other sources: if you message us on Instagram or Facebook, book a call through our scheduling tool, or a friend refers you, we receive details such as your name, handle, contact information, and message.
Calls: we may record and transcribe consultation and coaching calls so we can take accurate notes and improve our coaching. We will tell you at the start of the call and ask for your consent first. You can ask us not to record.
Coaching works best when we understand your body and your history. Information like your weight, measurements, injuries or limitations, and progress photos is used to coach you and support your goals. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to target ads to you. We share it only with the service providers that help us deliver your coaching, such as our coaching app and our note-taking tools, and only as needed. Giving us this information is your choice. If you stop coaching, you can ask us to delete it.
A Cup of Fitness is not a healthcare provider, and our coaching is not covered by HIPAA. We still treat your health information with care.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
Our coaching agreement allows us to use client before-and-after photos in our marketing, online and offline. We may show them with your first name and your results. If you would like us to stop using your photos or story in new materials, email us and we will honor your request going forward.
If you give us your phone number and agree to receive texts, we may text you about your application, appointments, and coaching, and, if you opted in, about offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying anything.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We use cookies and the Meta Pixel to understand how people use our pages, measure our ads, and show our ads to people who have visited our site. This means Meta may collect information about your activity on our site and on other sites over time. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and change your ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings.
Session recording (Microsoft Clarity). On our application page, we ask before we record anything. If you tap Allow, we use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use our pages: scrolls, taps, the pages you view, the device and browser you use, and your general location. Clarity never records what you type into forms. We use this only to improve our website. Microsoft also collects and receives this data, including to provide Microsoft Advertising, and uses it as the Microsoft Privacy Statement describes: https://privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement. If you tap No thanks, nothing is recorded. To change your choice later, clear this site's data in your browser.
Do Not Track: our website does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.
You can ask us to:
To make a request, email [email protected]. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we will respond within 45 days. Depending on where you live, state law may give you more rights. We will honor them where they apply.
California residents: we do not sell or rent your personal information to other companies for their own marketing.
We keep your information while you are applying or working with us, and afterward for as long as we need it for our records, to resolve disputes, and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. When we no longer need it, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.
We use reasonable safeguards, like access controls and trusted service providers, to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. We are based in the United States. Our service providers may store and process information in the United States and other countries.
Our services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top. If we make important changes, we will let clients know by email or on this page.
